How do you use the pure Royal Jelly?

You can use royal jelly on a daily basis.
The recommended dosage is to consume ¼ teaspoon twice a day. Preferably in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before going to sleep.
We also recommend placing the Royal Jelly under the tongue so that it can be absorbed into the blood faster.

Like honey, it is better not to heat Royal Jelly, because many components can be lost as a result. If you keep the Royal Jelly refrigerated (maximum 4 °C), it will keep for a longer period of time.
